Banff’s Fife Lodge Hotel sold

The Fife Lodge Hotel in Banff, Aberdeenshire in Scotland has been sold for an undisclosed sum.

Set in its own private grounds, the hotel is housed in a detached two storey property of traditional stone construction.

The property features eight en-suite letting rooms, a large function room and bar with capacity for up to 300 guests, which can be used to host wedding ceremonies, meetings and conferences.

Tony Spence, business agent in Christie and Co’s hospitality team who handled the sale said that The Fife Lodge hotel had been “independently owned and operated for over seven years and is well established within the town”.

He said: ”The owner put the hotel on the market to retire and wanted to pass the hotel onto new enthusiastic owners who could continue providing excellent hospitality service to the resident population and larger catchment area.”
