The Gresham Aparthotel, situated on the corner of Market Street and Belvoir Street in Leicester, has announced its opening in early Autumn this year.
The building, formerly home to retailer Fenwicks, has been “sympathetically restored” by developer, Aimrok, to incorporate luxury interiors.
It also houses 12,000 sq ft, working spaces and meeting rooms (known as Gresham Works) that are available to hire, and four separate commercial units.
Set in the heart of the city and walkable from the train station and all the major attractions, The Gresham offers a real “home-from-home” environment for long or short stays, such as business trips or office social events.
The aparthotel also benefits from an on-site bar and restaurant, a fitness suite and self-service laundry facilities.
Eloic Montagnier, general manager of The Gresham Aparthotel, said: “Guests will benefit from all the facilities and services expected from a boutique hotel, whilst also enjoying the flexibility and comfort of apartment living. Every apartment includes en-suite and kitchenette facilities, luxury living areas and high speed Wi-Fi.
“We are very excited to be open to bookings and I would encourage anyone thinking of taking advantage of this limited introductory offer to book as soon as possible, as it is subject to availability.”
