Whitbread names two new non-executive directors

Whitbread, the owner of Premier Inn, has announced the double appointment of Fumbi Chima and Kal Atwal as non-executive directors of the company. Set to be completed on 1 March 2021, the moves will see Chima become a member of the group’s audit committee and Atwal join the remuneration committee.
