Diamond Lodge B&B sold for over £1m

Diamond Lodge, a B&B in the Lake District village of Ambleside, has been sold for an undisclosed sum off a guide price of over £1m.  The detached Victorian property, which has 10 letting bedrooms, has been acquired by George and Jess Hardy, who already run a local holiday cottage company.
