Clanalytix was established in 2009 as a specialist hospitality consultancy firm.
Bringing years of experience in hotel operations and advisory work to the table, our key areas of focus are development advice, transaction support and specialist hotel asset management services.
Although the founders’ background was in general hotel consultancy, Clanalytix was originally setup with the idea of developing specialist data analytics tools as a means of improving revenue generation and profit conversion in hotels.
An opportunity quickly arose, however, to support to the UK firm of Horwath HTL, part of the world’s largest specialist hotels, tourism and leisure advisory group. Contracted initially to provide dedicated senior level input on specific engagements as required, the scope of work was gradually expanded over time to include business development, client liaison, best practice and quality assurance as well as spearheading the group’s hotel asset management service line globally. As a result, for much of its history, Clanalytix has developed as a provider of white label consultancy services.
In December 2018, Clanalytix decided to switch from white-labeling for other established consultancies to refocus on working directly with clients. We continue to offer a broad range of hotel advisory services, but our strategic focus going forward is on asset management.
